Presence: We believe in the power and importance of showing up fully, paying attention, and practicing deep listening.
Connection: We believe that a primary aspect of trauma is that it disconnects us from ourselves and others. Thus, we also believe genuine connection is at the core of all individual and collective healing. We are born in relationship, wounded in relationship, and thus healthy relationships help serve as corrective emotional experience to help facilitate our healing and growth.
Repair: We believe that when their is a rupture in a relationship we compassionately tell our truths to each other without blame or judgement, even when it is uncomfortable, and take responsibility for our part.
Restoration: We believe that living beings and systems are designed to heal and regenerate when honored, nurtured, and given the resources they need.
Embodiment: We believe that we find the most freedom and wholeness by integrating the body, heart, mind and spirit. We listen to the body’s wisdom and join with the body as a resource for hope and healing. We also listen to the wisdom of nature, and those who have gone before us.
Congruence: We as a team believe in the importance of modeling and emoboding practice our core values within ourselves and with each other. We bring our whole selves as humans into the therapeutic experience and relationship.

Much like the work of therapy, we believe that the role of supervision is to come alongside developing clinicians offering them wisdom, space, support and a deepening process as they navigate through the liminal space of not only discovering, integrating, embracing, and embodying their unique identity as a healing practitioner, but also learning the practical skills needed to become a fully licensed therapist.
