Therapy Investment

Invest in yourself, your relationships, and your future.

Mental Health is an Investment.

An essential aspect of healing and growth is learning to value yourself, as well as the willingness to invest in yourself. That investment can be short-term or long-term.  As with all things, that choice is yours.

How Does Investing In Your Mental Health Work?

  • Individual Therapy: $170 per 50 min session

Couples Therapy: $180 per 60 min session

    • We offer a free 20 minute consultation to give you an opportunity to ask any questions you might have and determine whether it could be a good fit for us to work together.

  • Payment can be made via cash, check, credit card, or HSA account, and are due at the time services are rendered.

  • We offer out of network “superbills” that you can turn into your insurance for reimbursement. It’s important to call your insurance beforehand to verify what your deductible is and if they are able to reimburse “out of network mental health care”.

Please check out the FAQ section for more information on using your insurance.

  • Your Right to Know What Care May Cost

Beginning January 1, 2022, the No Surprises Act requires all health care providers—including mental health professionals—to give a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) to any client who is uninsured or choosing not to use insurance.

This estimate outlines the expected cost of services for your care, based on what is known at the time. It’s not a contract or a bill, but a transparent overview of what your investment in therapy may look like. It doesn’t include unknown or unexpected costs that could arise, as those can’t always be predicted in advance.

Because the nature and length of therapy can vary depending on your needs, your actual cost will depend on how many sessions you attend, the type of support you seek, and how your goals evolve over time.

You have the right to receive this estimate before services begin, and you’re not obligated to receive care from me—or anyone—just because you received an estimate.
